Day 01: Arrival in Leh – Acclimatization & Evening Visit
Welcome to Leh, the gateway to the mesmerizing land of Ladakh!
Upon arrival at Leh Airport, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel.
Spend the first day resting to acclimatize to the high altitude (approx. 11,500 ft).
In the evening, visit Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, and Leh Market.
Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.
Day 02: Leh Sightseeing – Sangam, Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib & Hall of Fame
After breakfast, begin your sightseeing tour covering the highlights of Leh.
Visit the stunning Sangam (Confluence) where the Indus and Zanskar Rivers meet, the fascinating Magnetic Hill, and the sacred Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, built in memory of Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
On the way back, visit the Hall of Fame, a museum built by the Indian Army honoring soldiers who fought in the Kargil War.
Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.
Day 03: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (140 km / 5–6 hrs)
After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via the world’s highest motorable road, Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft).
Upon arrival, explore the White Sand Dunes of Hunder and enjoy a camel ride on the unique double-humped Bactrian camels (optional).
Visit Diskit Monastery, home to the towering statue of Buddha overlooking the valley.
Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley.
Day 04: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shayok Route (150 km / 5–6 hrs)
After breakfast, proceed to Pangong Lake via the scenic Shayok Route.
The stunning Pangong Tso is one of the world’s highest saltwater lakes, famous for its ever-changing shades of blue.
Enjoy the tranquil beauty of the lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains.
Dinner and overnight stay at camps near Pangong Lake.
Day 05: Pangong Lake to Leh via Hemis & Thiksey Monasteries (140 km / 5 hrs)
After breakfast, start your return journey to Leh. En route, visit Hemis Monastery, the largest in Ladakh, known for its rich Buddhist culture and art.
Continue your visit to Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace, two of Ladakh’s most beautiful spiritual landmarks.
On arrival in Leh, spend the evening at leisure exploring the local markets.
Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.
Day 06: Departure from Leh Airport
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Leh Airport for your flight back home, taking with you wonderful memories of your Leh–Ladakh Scenic Adventure with Travel Sevak.
