Day 01: Guwahati → Shillong

Welcome to Guwahati! Meet our representative at the Airport/Railway Station and proceed to Shillong, famously known as the “Scotland of the East.”
En route, stop at the beautiful Umiam Lake (Barapani). Optional water activities are available here.

On arrival in Shillong, check in to your hotel.
In the evening, explore Police Bazaar, the city’s most vibrant local market.

Day 02: Shillong → Dawki → Mawlynnong Village → Cherrapunjee

After breakfast, drive to Mawlynnong, Asia’s Cleanest Village.
Explore:

The charming, eco-friendly village
The iconic Balancing Rock
The famous Living Root Bridge

Continue to Dawki, located along the Indo–Bangladesh border.
Enjoy a boat ride on the crystal-clear Umngot River.

By evening, transfer to Cherrapunjee.
Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

Day 03: Cherrapunjee – Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore some of the region’s most famous natural attractions:

Double Decker Root Bridge
Rainbow Falls

Return to the hotel in the evening.
Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

Day 04: Cherrapunjee → Shillong (Local Sightseeing)

After breakfast, continue sightseeing in Cherrapunjee:

Seven Sisters Falls (Nohsngithiang Falls)
Mawsmai Cave
Thangkharang Park

By evening, transfer back to Shillong.

Day 05: Shillong → Guwahati (100 km | 3 hrs) – Sightseeing

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Guwahati.
On arrival, check in and visit:

Kamakhya Temple – one of India’s most sacred Shakti Peethas
Umananda Temple on Peacock Island, the world’s smallest inhabited river island
Assam State Emporium for shopping

Return to the hotel.
