Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar – Local Sightseeing
Welcome to Srinagar, the “Paradise on Earth”!
Upon arrival at Srinagar International Airport, meet our representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel or houseboat.
En route, enjoy a scenic drive through the heart of the city, crossing the Abdullah Bridge over the Jhelum River. Later, visit the famous Mughal Gardens – Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, along with the vibrant Tulip Garden (seasonal) and the Shankaracharya Temple, offering panoramic views of the valley.
Return to your hotel or houseboat for dinner and an overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 02: Srinagar – Gulmarg Excursion – Return to Srinagar
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Gulmarg (The Meadow of Flowers), located about 55 km from Srinagar.
Gulmarg is known for its breathtaking landscapes and is one of Asia’s top ski destinations. Experience the world-famous Gulmarg Gondola Ride (optional, at extra cost) — one of the highest cable cars in the world.
You can also visit Shiv Mandir, Children’s Park, or enjoy a walk through the scenic meadows.
After sightseeing, return to Srinagar in the evening.
Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 03: Srinagar – Sonmarg Excursion – Return to Srinagar
After an early breakfast, embark on a picturesque drive to Sonmarg (The Meadow of Gold), located about 121 km from Srinagar.
Sonmarg is famous for its glaciers, including the stunning Thajiwas Glacier, and serves as the gateway to Ladakh.
You may enjoy optional activities such as pony rides or local sightseeing tours by union cabs (at your own cost).
After exploring Sonmarg’s serene beauty, return to Srinagar by evening.
Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 04: Departure from Srinagar Airport
After breakfast, check out from your hotel or houseboat and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, taking with you unforgettable memories of your Kashmir tour with Travel Sevak.
